You may have better luck with Craigslist or a local flea market or antique market. Perhaps even an ad in your local paper. Well, it's kind of hard to say w/out pictures but I would suggest taking a look at ebay scanning through the houses that are completed and compare what you have. Here's a link to one that sold for $299. You could at least get an idea of how your house is finished and how it compares to the other houses out there and their asking prices.
