dgus74
Looking for any info or pictures of other houses like mine. I wanted a house but didnt think I could afford one til i started googling and this one was for sale on craigslist in my area! I got the house (partially built) all the stuff that goes with it (except a roof for an add on, which I guess I wont use) I also got a 33 light lighting system and some furniture which I probably wont use. I will need to buy more siding as this siding is warped as its OLLLLD. ANY info (price, pictures of others, etc) would be great! I know I got a good deal on this regardless but it would be nice to know! pics: box - http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/uploads/1278940083/gallery_5683_4320_374118.jpg house - http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/uploads/1278940083/gallery_5683_4320_2020981.jpg
pearlorange
I just joined today but think that I have a Hofco Southern Dynasty. Maybe we can share intel with each other? I know very little about my house but am determined that my niece will have the nicest house I can produce. I hope to get it ready in 2 months but I just started on Friday of last week, so I may loose some steam later on. Anyway. Check out my first post and I will be sharing more as time goes by. http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/i...showtopic=27543

Acp
Hi Dawn, I have the same house! Santa brought it in 1988 I think. Hofco is now out of business, I know the kit was expensive but not sure how much. Are you interested in selling the box from your kit? My maiden last name was "Weber" I almost fainted when I saw your photo. I have recently started working on restoring one. Thank you, Angela
