Jo Med
Hi David, I suggest dropping Greenleaf a note to say that a piece is missing. I'm sure they will provide you with one. Congrats by the way on a great choice, the Garfield is special. Jo
havanaholly
My kit is missing a bay window pane. How do you get a new one?For ONE window insert I go scrabbling for clear, flat acetate packaging scrap, or I might hunt up a stained glass window picture online that will print up the size of the window opening and print it out on transparency fillm and go over the lead lines with black/ dark gray acrylic paint from the tube with a liner brush. On the other hand, if you order from Greenleaf you'll have the whole sheet of window inserts in case another one gets damaged. When I built the Arthur I came up missing one window insert, so I went with a seashell motif in the bathroom and put the piece of acetate packaging over a picture I had drawn of a seashell and used the acrylic paints to make my own stained glass window (how-to in havanaholly's section of the Team Arthur building blog).
