I built the Arthur with the gingerbread because I knew no better, and I built the Westville because the customer buying it wanted all the gingerbread. Most of my houses don't want it. I, like Gill, I were ever to build a Garfield, however, it BEGS for gingerbread! Agreed -- the Garfield would look so sad without the gingerbread. My Orchid, not so much! Thank you everyone for your welcomes. I am still trying to navigate the website (hope I am better at building doll houses!!!!!) Ooooh, fantastic! If you got it from miniatures.com, it should be there any day! I ordered my kits from them on the 5th or 6th, they shipped on the 7th, and arrived (GA to TX) on the 9th. Congratulations!
