Instead of building this the way most Petite Properties are built... where the back is affixed and the front opens up... I decided to attach the front so the windows showed when you looked in. Once that was done, I realized there was actually enough room for a second floor.. so instead of using the back piece to open and close, I used it for a second floor instead and left the final piece of the roof off.... ta-da.... traditional open backed dollhouse :)
