My leaded windows take AGES! I use lead tape that you buy from Golf stores. I then cut it into tiny thin strips and lay them in a diamond pattern, BOTH sides. Then I use extra thick varathane to fill in the panes.

Each one takes about 2 hours....but the effect is amazing.
