Cheryl, you've been very busy and things are really coming together! In this photo I can now see more detail of your flooring and it looks great! You've inspired me so much! I just finished installing my faux hardwood flooring, plank by plank in my dining room and living room. I need to take some photos as soon as I get IPhoto up and running again on my Mac. We had some software issues and have an appointment at the Apple Store later today. I also want to make a wood frame for the window seat and it looks like you did the same, right? The curvilinear top should be fun and I don't see an image of yours unless I missed it! This is so much fun and just like you it seems I really don't want to do anything else!!!!!!! Somehow I want to make the downstairs window seat removable so right now I'm trying to figure out how to eventually put a hinge on the porch railing and make sure I can get the window seat out if I need to. That creates a dilemma on how I was going to finish the porch. Bricks now won't work if I want this to be removable!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!! Look forward to seeing more of your photos soon!

Sounds like you have some creative ideas running through your head! I actually have to do more work on the removable living room entry way. It doesn't fit quite right on one side......but will work on that later. I love those seats too. I can just picture me sitting there with a book......looking outside. Course I doubt I will ever be able to do that.....but can in my imagination lol. I am anxious to see your pics!

Got iPhoto up and running again so plan on taking some pics soon! I'm sure you will figure out how to get your 1st floor bay/window seat to fit properly. Luckily mine seems to have a good fit as I would like to make it removable for access purposes. Yes, I can just picture us curled up on that window seat amongst cushions and with a good book and a cup of tea of coffee or even a glass of wine perhaps!!!!!!!!!
