Beacon Hill Front Door Stained

I propped the front door pieces against the house this morning to see what it looked like and was surprised at the blank demi-lune. I found some wood adornments I'd bought some time ago. With a little stain, I think it looks great.

I want to replace the round door from the Sugarplum kit but have no idea on how to do that. This door is beautiful. That whole kit is gorgeous. That must be sooooo many hours of work
