Here you can get a better view of the parlor ceiling; I patched together textured and embossed scrap book papers, with basswood trim, on a card template. I like doing ceilings this way; much more neat. I put together the light from pieces of a hanging light (the globe had broken) and the cup part of one of those dollar-store "champagne glasses" with a hole drilled where the stem used to be!
