Woodlawn Cottage new paint

This weekend was unseasonable warm, so I took advantage and madly painted and stained! I love the houses by Robin Carey and took color inspiration from one of my favorites on her website.

I am hoping to sell this little charmer and put the proceeds towards a benefit fund for my niece. (she was badly injured in a car accident and her parents will need financial assistance for her long-term care)
