I was going to make all 3 of the fireplaces I am going to have in this house... but I stumbled upon this fireplace by Braxton Payne and fell in love. It was a bit pricey, but I love it.... I can't wait for it to get here :) Of course I ordered the 1/2 scale version and I am getting it in stone :)

No, I didn't do the coals on this one.... believe it or not I am trying to keep the cost on this one under control.... ha ha.. not that you would know it considering what I am in it already.... I have several bulbs... I am just going to do a red bulb under some logs made from twigs from my yard.... hopefully it will look ok :)
