Wow! How you do that???

The water is a pre-mixed water by Woodland Scenics... The waves are made using Water Effects by Woodland Scenics. It's a thick pre-mixed water... which is supposed to dry clear, and didn't LOL.... after it was dry I sponged some white acrylic paint to make it look like foamy rough water.... it isn't exactly how I envisioned it, but it works ok :)
