Front windowbox

biomom

Not the best picture - couldn't get the lighting quite right down in the basement.

I was a little nervous about doing the windowbox as I have been having a lot of issues with making flowers in 1:24 scale but I think it turned out good. I tried to vary sizes, shapes, textures and colors.

Wow, I love your door! Is is a bashed Houseworks door? Never seen anything like it. Great idea to use a 1" drawer pull (right?) for a knocker, I'm going to have to try that.

Flower box looks good too. And I like that you repurposed the corner doodads from the kit door on the bay window. This bash is turning out really gorgeous!

Thanks so much! It is a bashed Grandt line (G scale which is about 1:24) door. I had to resort to plastic doors and windows instead of wood to get the details that I wanted, but it was pretty easy to cut and customize them. The wood around the knocker area was my addition.

You have an awesome eye! That is so cool that you figured out where those doodads came from! :-)
