To my horror I discovered this morning that the stain from the floor traveled up the wallpaper. The baseboard covers most of it, I don't know if i should repaper that section or not... I hammered that wall in pretty good lol

I winced when I saw your picture of staining the floors in place...knew that was going to happen but this morning is too late to warn you, it's already been done. Jupiter's right, paint the spot.
