Less progress than hoped for today, but still progress. I think I prefer the wider "floor boards" to the ones installed in the dining room.

I love that orange wallpaper. To protect it when you stain the floors stick a piece of thin plastic, like the kind used in packaging, between the floorboards and the wallpaper.

The orange is growing on me, it's my favourite colour but I just dunno if I could live in a room full of it. I think it really pops with the stain however.
