The house has been sitting in a garage since the 70's, and never even primed or sealed, so the wood is really dry. All suggestions about the interior finishing are welcome. I thought about stucco walls, and one center wall is stucco'd now. But I want something different for the others. The bottom floor will be the trading post/pawn shop and a kind of coffee shop kitchen...you know what I mean, a place for the old coots to sit around and drink coffee and talk. The second floor will be where the proprietor lives, just bedroom and maybe office...I'm leaving the restroom out completely-lol! We'll assume it's outside somewhere! Quote Link to comment
