Princess Anne without balcony

The instructions for adding the balcony were not very helpful. Downright confusing, actually. Also, the balcony roof is 5/8 inches thick and too heavy looking, I think, for this house. I decided to leave it off altogether. I have a nicer Victorian door, and trim from Hobby Lobby that will look really nice. The top windows show better also. A balcony without a door onto it bothered me too. I added a door to the balcony in the Alison Jr., but in the Princess Anne, there isn't enough room for a door. I may paint it the pale grey called Cloudy Morn I bought for the Holly Ann and have Midnight Blue accents and shingles. I'm going to try and sell the Holly Ann. This is a nice little house and except for the balcony instructions was basically easier than usual to assemble.
