Bea Killion 13 Posted November 2, 2010 Sounds like a good idea. Easier than using a lot of spray sealer, and cheaper, I guess? Where do you get the plastic for the floors? Quote Link to comment
DHGranny 78 Posted November 2, 2010 Bea,my daughter gave me bunches of craft and computer stuff 10 yrs ago when she worked at Michaels.I just found a pack of those sheets the other day while cleaning up.I assume it was in all the stuff Heather gave me?????? Quote Link to comment
Bea Killion 13 Posted November 2, 2010 April, I've been using scrapbook paper for wallpaper for quite a while now. But I have also tried printing wallpaper on cardstock. i get my ink online at a place called Abicus . The ink is so cheap there. I also save any scraps of wood, and use lots of popsicle sticks for the flooring. Yesterday I picked up 2 vinyl tiles from Lowes, one was only 28 cents, to use for floors also. These days we have to look for bargains. Another good place is the goodwill stores, I got full rolls of wallpaper for only 50 cents. Quote Link to comment
DHGranny 78 Posted November 2, 2010 I lucked up the other day and found a few upholstry samples at a thrift store,18 cents each !!!! I thought they would make rugs.I'll probably have tp use them in the Emerson Row as they are large.Michaels is a good place to buy ribbon and flowers in the sale bins out front. Also check Dollar Tree often, never can tell....
