The only changes to the first floor,two small partial walls dividing a dining room from the foyer.maybe even a doorway with french doors,left open to see the front entrance? The stairs will be reversed and have a half bath.

I didn't actually measure tonight,just drew out the basic shape.Not sure about where the second floor bedroom doors are situated,but this will work.
