I cut the second wheel in half and enlarged the center hole to fit around the wires; glued it all down, and painted it. The "globes" are printies on parchment paper, sprayed with polyurethane. The center post is a thick milkshake straw, slit lengthwise to go around the wires, then taped shut and painted. The chains? Never did like that necklace anyway! :lol:
