replaced walls

This is nice, this is what I would do if I were assembling this house...but where do you put the bathroom then?

I may need to add a few more rails though

I have thought of a sink, toilet maybe shower in the hallway but almost anything in the hallway blocks my view of that window.

I could make the attic a bath or take the 2nd bedroom for a large luxurious bath and put another bedroom on the 3rd level. I may leave it out all together not sure.
