It looks like you used the sidingsheets from euromini's.

How did you manage to stick them to your house?

I had to use...cobble-stones...from my own backyard...

Hi Ester, yes they're from Euro Mini's.

I used ordinary wood glue, which I applied in wavy lines. If I remember correctly I applied the glue to the wall, waited about 2 minutes (as described on the glue bottle), then pressed the sheet to the wall. I used lots of masking tape, and I also allowed the glued on sheet to set for half an hour approximately before adding on a new sheet. All the masking tape stayed on all night long and was removed the next day.

Oh, and I painted the siding much later (a couple of days) when I was sure that the glue was set.

Edited: I forgot to mention that all walls already had primer (grondverf) on them, not sure if that would make a difference though.

Hi Marianne,

My house was primed too. Though I painted the siding first before I glued them to the house.

And I used white woodglue. It bend the wood to much.

My house has also odd angles, and I could not use maskingtape everywhere.

My sister told me to use a different glue...alleslijm van Bison.

It hardly bend the wood...that worked for me...although I still needed

the cobble-stones to keep the siding on it's place.

Hi Ester,

Glad to hear that the alleslijm worked out for you. It puzzles me why the sheet wouldn't stay put for you with wood glue. Maybe I was lucky when I sided mine.
