The Laurel will have no staircases. I don't want to have a staircase in a bedroom. As for the kitchen, a staircase just takes away too much space. There's no way I can fit a kitchen the way I want to, when the staircase would have remained.

I thought long and hard about all kinds of staircases to no avail.

I'm going to use some spackle for the open slots.

That is a great idea.

At first I wanted to do the same thing to the Diana.

Insted I bought the twisted staircase from the dollhouse emporium.

Still I need to change the staircase opening in the bedroom to make it fit. :construction:
