they look fabulous!! i need to make heaps of drapes how did you make a pleater? i've been looking for one

For the pleater, I used a scrap of plywood, I think it was about 6x8, and glued skinny craft stick to it, on edge. When I used it, I used more craft sticks to hold the fabric in place while the starch was drying.

I can post a picture, if my description doesn't make sense.

Thanks Janet i am assuming the sticks are fairly close together to form the pleat ....great idea i'm going to try it

Wallpaper and matching fabric for the curtains looks lovely, you have made a great job of the curtains btw, they hang so realistically and the voile is a great touch. I love the ones in your music room too.
