A shot from the side. You can see the stairs from the parlour (left room). I bought houseworks stairs, so they'll have the rail showing. I'll put a small couch or chairs in the hall in front of the stairway wall. I'm also moving the door from the parlour to the kitchen to the other side of the fireplace (it's an archway), and will put a wall to the edge on this side.
