Bellingham Farmhouse 003.JPG

I moved the second floor wall over just alittle to make a bigger bathroom. I also turned the wall around to have the door near the back of the house to make the back wall more user friendly. I would like to make that bump out into either a shower or closet. The door going into the room wouldn't work on that end if I do this.

I recently rescued a Bellingham Farmhouse and I just love it! This house was built entirely with the kit. Being a kit-basher, I made immediate plans to replace all the windows and probably all of the trim work. :p The kit stuff makes it look too 'bulky' and not very realistic.

I like that you moved the upstairs wall over...I was thinking about doing that as well. It's nice to see what someone else does. I was also considering removing the kitchen wall altogether, but haven't decided for sure. I am also considering putting in a staircase to the 3rd floor.
