new floors

you can see my new floors, finished now in the two bottom rooms, I wasn't happy with the bare wood floors of the kit that i had scored lines in so obought myself some iron on floorboards, they are so lovley, wonderful grains and so thin, which is idela for 1.2 scale. I spent all day laying them and finishing off this room, just a bit of skirting to add and a couple of touch ups. the floor i am really reall pleased, it has about 4 coats of clear matt varnish, has alovley rich sheen and is so smooth, just the floors i was dreaming of
