The two dogwoods in the front yard were, unfortunately, past their prime and had to be taken down.
The house is larger inside than it appears from the front. Main floor left is living room, on right is master bedroom. Also on this floor are dining room, kitchen, library/office, and bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath for the girls. It's so nice to be able to shut the door at the bottom of the stairs and pretend we don't have a couple of teenagers living here .. :lol:
And there's a screened porch in back off the dining room, and a full basement with roughly three rooms -- TV/family room, my craft area, Lloyd's studio, plus a half bath (toilet/shower), laundry and storage areas.
