Jo Med 1,017 Posted April 13, 2010 I'm really surprised that you managed to get the stairs out - it took me ages to get mine IN - I would never dare take them out. These stairs look great though after a bit of TLC. This could be a magnificent haunted house, the garfield lends itself to spookiness in my opinion. I love your floor for the tower too. A haunted house doesn't have to be derelict, it can be oh so so elegant and stylish but I think it just has to be a bit dark and gloomy too - to give it atmosphere.Looking forward to seeing this one progress and although I know this pic is quite old, I'm sure you are still planning it.I'm not one for brights so if I were painting the outside of this house I would go for a subtle grey/green or a subtle blue/grey with a very dark grey/brown trim or if you are feeling up to the challenge, finishing it off like Connie's house which I think is spectaular.
