Wolfie 54 Posted January 7, 2008 It's an illusion Diana.... The stones are 1" x 3/4" and made of egg crate. I take a dollup of stucco and place it on the wall, then stick one of the stones on it, and keep on doing that..... Then after all is dry, I paint each stone with acrylic paint "Mudstone." When all that is dry, I dry brush black over the surfaces keeping a light touch just highlighting the stones with the black. I love aged castles!Wolife Quote Link to comment
