Junction splice prep

Having laid down the first tape we need to install the junction splice to get power into the system. Note that I cut the conductive material away from the pilot hole I made for the screw. Prevents shorts even though they are unlikely if screw is centered exactly.

Hi Darrell

Thanks for posting this, I'm on my first dollshouse and learning electrification. I have everything set up and sometimes it works, sometimes not, I think it has to do with the splice. Is there any trick to this? I'm using tapewire. I have been able to move the splice around and it all works, other times I can't get it to work, but sometimes it works straight off??
