I was really over thinking the Jigs I would be needing, Once I got in the shop and started it simplified very quickly LOL For the 1/4" inch holes it was simply 2 pieces of ply clamped in place and set up at the depth I wanted worked great, Then for the 1/8" holes lust drilled a 1/4" hole in the ply. Place the step on that set it up so I could drill , clamped everything in place drill one hole flip it over drill the other.
