Step Four - Cut a piece of material to 14 inches by 3 inches. With the wrong side up fold over 1/4 inch on one of the longer sides and glue. Spread glue on the base and sides. With right side up but up the folded edge to the back. You will want to try to center it also. Smooth over base and up the sides. Wrap fabric around the front edge of the side. This will cause the rest of the fabric to fold. With the fold smooth out the sides and any extra on the bottom. Make sure to cover the foam board at the arm joints.
