As you can see, the heat must have softened the plastic enough that the elastic stringing her together (and I tightened it a LOT as specified in the video) pulled and collapsed the sides of her head.  The clay is also coming away now.  It's just that I'm attached to her now......I feel so bad that I did this to her!!
