You will need foam board, mine is 1/4 inch, white glue, fabric (at least a 10"x18" piece) and wooden beads for the feet. You can change these measurement to make a loveseat or chair also. If you are little messy with the glue you may want to tast your fabric to see if the glue will show (some fabrics change color)

Step one - cut pieces of foam board that are:

6 inches by 2 1/4 for the back

6 inches by 2 inches for the base

2 - 1 1/2 by 2 inches for the sides

Step two - Glue the base to the back and the sides as shown
