Adding sand in the clay

It looks so much better with the grit!  It looks like true corn meal.

Thank you, I am going to Cure a b**** over the weekend to see how the translucent mixed in Will work.

The black sand is a great touch so authentic .

Thank you, it did give a dimension I had only hoped for, though I opted using the Dark Brown sand as the black was too intense somehow. Not sure why as I see the specks on real tacos as black, but in My eye appreciated the Brown more.
