First peak at my triple tier Gothic windows for the first floor of the tower section. During the planning stages, I wanted this window to be at the end of the more narrow almost hallway room. My true love disagreed he thought it should be up front, and I agreed that it should be up front, but now that I see it I am thinking that there should be another window just like it on the opposite end, to get the full effect! But that's a lot more work....The windows are still rough, so please excuse the finished product will be much nicer! The base board will just fit below the window the crown molding will need to be tweaked, I am thinking of putting 1x 4s on either side of the window, it will look like an inset window and give the support I need for the first floor of the tower, since it will be weight bearing.

 

They look pretty great to me... but I'm sure you have extra plans for them. It's going to be stunning when you are done. :)
