DHValentine.jpg

Creamcheese

Going through a box of old letters I found a Valentine that I had given my husband many years ago.   When I looked at it I thought it would make a lovely oval framed picture for my Victorian dollhouse.   I cut it out and glued it onto a piece of cardboard and then glued some leather cord around it to mimic a wood frame.   I added some flowers to the very top to hide where the cord met plus it made a perfect place to insert a pin to hang the picture up.   I hung it over the living room fireplace and onto the staircase.   You'll see it in other photos.
