New direction

Well, that didn't work!  I left space between skewers so I could put the fabric on the glued skerwers and place skewers on top so there would be one under, one over.  Well I sprayed it with hairspray, but didn't realize that it wasn't getting underneath the bottom skewer, so only every other pleat took.  Took it apart, sanded off the dried glue and added a strip of wood to the frame so that there would be a channel and the skewers could move.  Worked much better.  Last photo is showing them completed.  Not bad for a first try, but I think I will keep my curtains strait.  Pulling them back was more trouble than making them!
