I added walls to create 2 br on the third floor, a ba and br on 2nd floor. The first floor will be a great room designed around contemporary new construction model homes, in my area.

Technically, it's a House That Jack Built house which Melissa and Doug bought out and began producing until they eliminated the line.  IMO HJB houses are the best kits ever.
