The inside was in very good condition. The mother said her daughter had no interest in this house.

So imagine this with new flooring, wall treatments, molding, interior design throughout (beams, fireplace, kitchen,) clean up or swap out stairs.......oh my mind goes wild. This floor plan I love. I see so much potential.

This house is freagin heavy (I really need a cool emoji here)

I always thought the layout of this house was great, but even as a child the wild colors would not have appealed to me.  I've always detested pink in all forms except flowers. I'm so glad to see a different take on it.
