Gold everywhere...

minikelli

Thankfully the new owner likes the idea of the various gold, she just wants some various pops of fun in the house. The top paper I found in my stack of scrapbook paper(scary just how much of that I have!) It however I believe will be perfect for the entry way, and I have just enough to manage it. The second paper in the pile is one possibility for the kitchen, and the papers on the bottom are papers I got on sale by Karen's dollhouse decor. I could normally never dream to afford their paper sets, but have always loved them when I've seen them used.  :)

Love your choices!  I have two sets of Karen's beautiful paper sets that I purchased at a show years ago- and have never been able to bring myself to use them yet!

I got these from a brick and mortar store, Lynlott Miniatures in Pittsburgh. They had already been clearanced, and on my day in there I found five different sets(including this one) that were over %65 off. She said they just didn't sell b/c of what they are typically priced at. I felt so lucky that day!

Weird note in regards to the bottom set of paper -- the gold paper for the chair rail and crown molding, actually is showing a bit of verdis gris to it on a couple of the pieces when I pulled it out of the plastic. Had never seen paper change like that before, so presuming there is definitely some sort of metallic element to it. Still love the paper set though!
