I have saved this picture for years, I have always loved it. The print was in a museum calendar desk set. Borzoi Lady of Quality by artist William Frank Calderon. I made the frame today, I wanted it to be very special, so I made an inner frame to add more detail, then I spray painted the frame a metallic brown, then to draw out the color of the blanket in the print I painted the inner trim a blue/ purple color with some champagne highlights, the larger outer frame with bronze highlights, I should be able to use this print any where in the manor house.

Thank you, Hubby thinks the frame is too big. I have 3 more prints to frame and don't have enough of small trim on hand to try it

Very nice.  The framing really makes it.
