I painted the window moldings first with Rust-oleum ''Fossil'' satin. Glued the top an bottom window sections together. Did some aging with Champagne colored paint but its barely noticeable. Then glued the 18 inch window to the frame and painted the frame with molding, then sandwiched in my ''glass '' which is polycarbonite that doesn't crack or break! Finished by adding the backside of the window molding which is not glued in yet. More aging work to come.
