Hand-painted armoire by Pam Junk and Cheryl Hollis
I spotted this adorable armoire on eBay. It came from the estate of Mae D. Hightower-Vandamm, a miniaturist who died last year, and is a Cassidy Creations kit assembled by Pam Junk and hand painted by Cheryl Hollis.
Here's what Pam had to say about it: "This piece started as a Bauder-Pine/Cassidy kit and is part of a bedroom set. It was assembled by me, Pam Junk and painted by Cheryl Hollis. Only three sets of these were made. I kept one set, Cheryl kept one set and Bauder-Pine kept the third set for sale. This piece is part of the third set."
I'll probably use it in one of the kids' rooms in my Victorianna. It's beautifully distressed, inside and out - the photo doesn't do it justice!
