More assembly

Cut a piece of wax paper the size of the divider and place this on top of the drawer. Place the divider on top of that.<br /><br />The wax paper serves two purposes, one is to keep glue from reaching the drawer and gluing it to the frame and two it give just a little space between the drawer and the divider so the drawer moves easily.<br /><br />Put just a few small spots of glue on the top of the divider where it meets the frame to hold it in place. When the glue sets remove the drawer and add more glue to secure the divider to the frame.
