Finished making the five stained glass panels for the transoms, another set of snowflakes.
These were fun, I etched the clear polyester with an exacto blade, but then had to use a wood carving knife to form a channel to hold the "leading". Steady hands much needed, again. I tried several mediums to simulate the leading. I didn't want it to be too thick or too dark in comparison to the stained glass door to the balcony just above them, which was printed on a transparency. Ended up using tube watercolor paint (black and raw sienna mixed) which worked out pretty well. Hindsight, should have printed those on transparencies, too.
