Does anyone know if this is part of a set?

I've seen a few sets that you could purchase different sections of the components at a time that looked quite similar to this. Even if you collect different units, you could unify them all by painting them all the same color scheme. The color will fool the eye into thinking it's more the same than not. Hope I make sense.

I've seen some sets like that. I'll give it a think and see if I can find them on the miniature sites I've been on. Definitely a few british sites have had some like it.
