What is the white on the outside? I see this often, and have no idea. I don't know what I would try it on, but I'm sure a time will come. ;)

it is dry wall mudd...for this scale I take a big dollop of the mudd and add water and mix it to a constancy of thick paint...using a sponge brush to dab it how it suits you!
