Thank you, Debora. The ship is a Christmas ornament I picked up well over ten years ago, I used to have it in a shadow box. Wish I had bought ten of them! After I made the telescope, I wanted something else to add to the nautical theme. I didn't find much available that was 1:12 size. Then I remembered this sailboat, which I amazingly was able to find, since I have packed away all the shadow box stuff. My husband thought it was too large! Eh. Gloria's father just loves it, and I do, too. It's waited a long time for its proper place. The furniture, well, thanks to your encouragement, truly, I decided to build. So glad you like it.

Beautiful! And I agree, putting in an area rug will really pulls the space together.
